How to Use a Crypto Card With Trust Wallet

trust wallet card
To get a Trust Wallet card, connect Trust Wallet to a wallet-linked virtual card like Cryptswipe. Open Trust Wallet's browser, go to cryptswipe.com, tap Apply for Card and approve the connection. Choose a token such as USDT, BNB or ETH, and your virtual card is ready in under a minute. Your crypto stays in Trust Wallet until the moment you pay.
Here's the full walkthrough, plus tips on fees and safety.
What a Trust Wallet card actually is
Trust Wallet is a self-custody wallet. It doesn't issue its own card directly linked to your on-device balance.
A "Trust Wallet card" in practice means a card that spends from your Trust Wallet. Cryptswipe does that by linking a virtual card to your wallet address. When you pay, Trust Wallet signs and the exact amount is swapped to the merchant's currency.
No deposit, no transfer to an exchange.
How to set up your Trust Wallet card
Step 1: Open Trust Wallet's browser
Open the Trust Wallet app. Tap the Browser or Discover tab. On some versions you'll find the dApp browser under the search bar on the home screen.
Step 2: Go to cryptswipe.com
Type cryptswipe.com and open it. Tap Apply for Card.
Step 3: Approve the connection
Trust Wallet asks if you want to connect. Check the site address, then approve. Only your public address is shared.
Step 4: Pick your funding network and token
Choose what will fund your card. Popular choices for Trust Wallet users:
- USDT on BNB Chain or Tron for stable, low-fee spending.
- BNB on BNB Chain.
- ETH on Ethereum or a Layer 2.
- SOL if you hold Solana in Trust Wallet.
Step 5: Get your card
Your card number, expiry and dynamic CVV appear in under 60 seconds. Copy them into a checkout, or add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Using WalletConnect instead
Prefer to apply on desktop? Open cryptswipe.com on your computer, choose WalletConnect, and scan the QR code with Trust Wallet. Same result.
Best networks to fund a Trust Wallet card
Trust Wallet supports many chains. Fees differ.
| Token | Network | Fee level | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| USDT | BNB Chain | Low | Everyday spending, subscriptions |
| USDT | Tron | Low | Everyday spending |
| BNB | BNB Chain | Low | If you hold BNB |
| ETH | Ethereum | Higher | Larger purchases |
| ETH / USDC | Base, Arbitrum | Low | Cheaper ETH spending |
| SOL | Solana | Very low | Fast small purchases |
If you mostly want predictable bills, stablecoins are your friend. See how to spend USDT and USDC online.
Paying with your Trust Wallet card
At checkout, enter your card details like any card. Then:
- Trust Wallet shows a request with the exact token amount.
- Review it. The rate is locked at authorisation.
- Approve. The merchant is paid.
If you added the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, you can tap in store too.
Fees
Using Trust Wallet with Cryptswipe costs:
- $0 to issue a card.
- $0 per month.
- 0% FX on foreign currency purchases.
- A small swap and network fee, shown before you confirm.
All the numbers live on our fees page.
Safety tips for Trust Wallet users
Trust Wallet users are frequent targets for scams. Stay sharp.
- Never share your recovery phrase. Not with support, not with "card verification," not with anyone. Cryptswipe will never ask.
- Check the URL before you connect. It should be cryptswipe.com.
- Review every signature request. Make sure the amount matches your purchase.
- Use card limits. Cap each card to what you plan to spend.
- Revoke old connections in Trust Wallet settings if you stop using a dApp.

Troubleshooting
The connection request didn't appear
Close and reopen the dApp browser. Make sure you're on the right network in Trust Wallet.
Payment failed
Check you have enough of the funding token plus a little for the network fee. Make sure you approved the request in time.
I can't find the browser tab
Some regions or app versions hide it. Use WalletConnect from a desktop instead.
Using other wallets?
The flow is almost identical in other wallets. See how to use a crypto card with MetaMask, or the wallet-by-wallet guide on how it works.
